General Policy

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an arrangement that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • Work with you to resolve the issue promptly
  • May request photos of the damaged product to help us improve our quality control

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that our floral arrangements will arrive fresh and in good condition. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the arrangement
  • Partial or full refund
  • Credit toward a future purchase

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been processed and prepared. Once an order has been prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For custom arrangements, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom arrangements that have been delivered and accepted
  • Items that have been damaged due to improper care or handling by the customer
  • Orders cancelled after the arrangement has been prepared
  • Gift orders where the recipient has already received the arrangement

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss options. We may be able to arrange a new order with a credit applied.

Return Shipping

In most cases, you will not need to return the product to us. If a return is necessary due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. If you are returning a product for reasons other than our error, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Gift Returns

If you received a floral arrangement as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with your order number or the name and address of the person who sent the gift. We will work with you to process the return or exchange according to our policy.

How to Initiate a Return
